Health Partner for Your Sunrise Years
Health In Your Sunrise Years
When choosing a health professional, you undoubtedly consider knowledge, training, and certification. For a partner in nutrition health, your choice should be a registered dietitian (RD). Some RDs may call themselves “nutritionists,” but not all nutritionists are registered dietitians. To learn why RDs are the Real Deal and the Right Decision, click here.

Your Sunrise Years: Traditionally, people refer to near and post-retirement years as the sunset years of life, but often those years are just the beginning of a new chapter of your life. The sun rises every day and the new dawn means new opportunities. The number of years of life is not nearly as important as the number of years you live in good health. Consider this: a 60 year old woman can look forward to living another 24 years (for men life expectancy is four years less). Now ask yourself this: when you are 80 or 84, what would you rather do in your last week of life: engage in your favorite physical activities or sit in a chair with an oxygen tank at your side?
I’m so glad you dropped in! While you’re here, I hope you’ll take time to learn about me, the services that I offer and perhaps consider how you and I can partner to extend not only your life expectancy, but also your health expectancy. As your nutrition and health coach, I can help you take full advantage of the years ahead, and I make house calls! Using a holistic approach, I can help you incorporate the secrets of centenarians into your daily life, guide you toward a healthy eating plan, and sort through mounds of misinformation. As your personal health and nutrition partner, we will work together to increase your odds of a long, healthy and independent life.
